Pricing Guidelines
All prices on NAYAR are set by property owners. NAYAR does not control or set property prices.
Prices are displayed in the currency chosen by the property owner (USD, MMK, or THB). Currency conversion is handled at the time of payment.
For long-term rentals, prices are typically listed per month. For short-term stays and hotels, prices are per night. Event venues are priced per event.
Buy/Sell listings display the total asking price. Negotiations happen directly between buyer and seller through our messaging system.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund
Moderate
Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a 50% refund
Strict
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in
Security & Trust
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. NAYAR never stores your full payment card details.
Property listings are reviewed by our team before going live to ensure quality and accuracy.
